ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
At the University of 欧美口爆视频 Boulder, individuals with disabilities are entitled to access, support, and when appropriate, reasonable accommodations. ADA Compliance is responsible for providing disability-related information, services, and resources to staff, faculty, and visitors, including the provision of workplace accommodations. ADA Compliance upholds its mission to promote equal access and opportunity for those with disabilities by educating the campus community and by partnering with campus departments to address ADA needs across the university.
A person with a disability who believes their disability is not being accommodated, or who has experienced discrimination or harassment on the basis of disability, may file a complaint with the ADA Coordinator, or with 欧美口爆视频 Boulder's Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance. A person with a disability may also file a complaint with the federal government through the U.S. (for students), the (for employees), or the (for members of the public).
