The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) is responsible for implementingÌýand enforcing four university policies for students, staff, and faculty:

The OIEC Resolution Procedures outline how complaints brought to our office are handled in compliance with state and federal laws, and the applicable policies. OIEC employs fair and unbiased processes and treats all individuals who seek our assistance with respect and dignity.
ADA Compliance in the Center for Disability and Access is responsible for compliance under the and ensures disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodations are implemented for employees, students, and visitors.
