The primary focus of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder’s new captioning service is to meet the captioning needs for accommodation requests and public-facing academic content. Through this service faculty and staff may access information, consultation, and guidance for a broad-range of media and activities that may require captioning.

OIT’s new Universal Instructional Design service provides support in accessible authoring of public-facing content and best practices in course design. Workshops are being offered over the next few days to help instructors incorporate universal design in practice and author accessible documents, presentations, websites, D2L courses, PDFs and other media.

From Boulder to Washington D.C., Ruthe Farmer is making it possible for women of all ages to get involved with technology — one student at a time.

Boulder resident Michelle Maloy Dillon attended Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder in the mid 1980s, moving from New York to live in Baker Hall where she established lifelong friendships over pizza and textbooks. Now, 30 years later, Cooper Dillon is calling Baker Hall "home" for his first year at Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ, too.
