Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ

This is a list of all UAS operated by the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ. All of these aircraft have type certificates. Type certificates are granted to UAS that meet Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ airworthiness standards and can therefore be operated in the national airspace system under Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ owned COAS. Type certificates are broken into 2 categories: operational and experimental.Ìý

An experimental airworthiness certificate allows an aircraft to fly under certain conditions and limitations.Ìý

All UAS developed by the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ must undergo an airworthiness assessment and receive a type certificate before operating in the national airspace system. This includes all student projects.Ìý
