Guest Support

  • Customer assistance with registration charges, changes or
    cancellations, as well as general campus/local information
  • PrintÌýname badges and other conference-related materials
  • Additional printing of tickets, table tents, folders, badge ribbons,
    rosters, etc. (will apply toÌýcost of supplies)

Financial Tracking Support

  • Manage registration finances
  • Financial reconciliation following registration completion
  • Generate basic participant roster, eventÌýreports, session reports and
    financial summary reports

Staffing Support

  • Provide on-site registration staffing atÌýevent
  • One staff provided on-site per 25 participants
  • Standard staffing ratio provided is one per 50 participants

Online Registration

Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵCS can also provide support for online registration services. We can:

  • Create and maintainÌýa custom-designed registration site for each particular event
  • Custom design a web registration form on aÌýsecure server for participant registration data collection and credit card payments
  • Website extranet access for event sponsor
  • Collect individual registrations through web, email or phone
  • Electronic email confirmation and invoice statement
