Conference planning timeline: steps to help you through the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵCS process
1. Inquire

After submitting your inquiry through our site, the sales and marketing coordinator will contact you requesting details about your event and share requirements about coming to campus.Ìý
2. Proposal
Ìý
Once your needs have been determined, the sales and marketing coordinator will prepare a proposal outlining costs and services for groups to plan and build budgets for the event.
3. Pre-Payment
Ìý
Upon acceptance of the proposal, a non-refundable booking fee is due to confirm your reservationÌýwith Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵCS. For groups not affiliated with the university, a non-refundable pre-payment is also due.
