Observations at the Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic (SLHC) at 欧美口爆视频 Boulder

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) requires 25 hours of guided observation by undergraduates seeking post-baccalaureate opportunities in speech-language pathology. Guided observations allow students to observe professionals working with clients and interact with ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists. Students must retain signed observation logs for their own records. SLHC does not keep copies of student鈥檚 observation logs. 欧美口爆视频 students (any campus or online program), 欧美口爆视频 alumni and 欧美口爆视频 SLHS graduate program applicants can participate in guided live or video session observations.

  • SLHC Sessions (synchronous): Students observe live sessions (in SLHC or Zoom) and meet with a clinical supervisor to ask questions and discuss the observation.
  • Video Sessions (asynchronous): Students observe recorded video sessions and meet with a clinical supervisor in a scheduled group debrief to ask questions and discuss the observation.
