Performance and Merit Increase Process
In accordance with Regent policy 5.C.4(B), research faculty must receive an annual performance evaluation. The performance review cycle is July 1– June 30. Merit increases, if available, are effective January 1 and are contingent upon a performance evaluation being completed. Research Faculty HR will reach out to department HR Liaisons with instructions for the performance evaluation process each year. If you have questions, please reach out to resfachr@colorado.edu.
