Report a Problem with an Existing Report

If you're a 欧美口爆视频 faculty or staff member in need of听specific听student data to听carry out your assigned educational or administrative responsibilities (see Exceptions to Student Consent), you may submit the request form below.

Submit a Student Data Request

Access an Existing Report

  1. In Internet Explorer (the preferred web browser), log in to听.
  2. Click on the "欧美口爆视频 Resources听tab," if applicable.
  3. In the navigation menu (upper right), click the听menu icon听("NavBar").
  4. Click "欧美口爆视频 Resources."
  5. Click听"Reporting and Compliance."
  6. Click the 欧美口爆视频-Data tile. If prompted, log in using your 欧美口爆视频 IdentiKey and password.
  7. Go to Team Content >听欧美口爆视频BLD > Records and Registration > General Student Records Data Reports. If you don't see any reports listed,听then you don't have the necessary听欧美口爆视频-SIS access.
  8. If you're looking for听a department-specific report, go to Team Content > 欧美口爆视频BLD > Records and Registration > Department Specific Reports and open听your department's folder.
Note: If you're not seeing a specific report, scroll down to refresh the听list.

    Run a Report

    1. Click "Run in background," then click "Advanced"听to set up your options, including the following:
      1. In the "Run as"听panel, turn on "Run in background." Check the boxes for "Excel"听and "Prompt me," and leave the other checkboxes unselected.
      2. In the "Advanced"听panel, select the "Now"听radio button and click the "Classic view"听link, then click "Run."
    2. Click "Delivery," then check the "Send report by email"听and "Attach the report"听checkboxes. Enter your colorado.edu email address in the "To"听field.
    3. When complete, click "Done."
    4. Select any necessary criteria, then click "Finish." Please note:
      1. Prompts with orange asterisks are required. The other prompts are optional.
      2. If you want all values in a given prompt, do not select anything; all values are included by default. Only check boxes if you want to refine the results.
    5. If you need to email your report, use the 听(see also听Sending Student Data Electronically).
