Our three research provide opportunites forÌýÅ·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Law'sÌýfaculty and students to contribute to ourÌýwidely recognized intellectual diversity and originality.

Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law

The Byron White CenterÌýwas founded in 1990 through the generous bequest of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Law alumnus, Ira C. Rothgerber, Jr. ('35). Since then, the Center hasÌýsupported excellence in constitutional legal scholarship,Ìýoffered opportunities for Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Law students to serve the community, andÌýexpanded public knowledge and informed discussion about the Constitution.

Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment

The Getches-Wilkinson Center, named for two iconic figures in Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Law's environmental law history David Getches and Charles Wilkinson,Ìýwas created in 2013 to build upon the long-standing legacy of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ University's Natural Resources Law Center, while pursuing a more ambitious goal of research and innovative problem-solving in the areas of natural resources, energy and the environment.Ìý

Silicon Flatirons propels theÌýfuture ofÌýtechnology policyÌýand innovation through initiatives,Ìýevents, andÌýpublicationsÌýwe develop the professionals who are ready to lead what’s next in law, technology and entrepreneurship.

Clinics

By handling actual cases, students make the transition from legal theory to legal practice. We take pride in the fact that our clinics provide free legal services to many community members who could not otherwise hire an attorney.
