Are you curious why Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ is so beautiful? In the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Stories LLC, we will take a journey through deep time, telling the geologic story of how Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ’s spectacular landscape came to be. Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Stories is led by two geology faculty members who both grew up in Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ. Together, we’ll explore the state’s geology through both classroom study and fun trips to iconic Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ places and some of its hidden gems. The goal: to deepen your satisfaction and sense of place at Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ by exploring how Earth processes have influenced the state’s human history and how they continue to shape our collective present and future.Ìý
