Overtime/Shift Cutoffs

2025 Payroll Deadlines/Uploads

The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below. Payroll will be pulled from AiM at 12:00 pm on the days listed below. Bi-weekly (BW) payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.

JANUARY 2025

  • BW - January 8th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
  • MONTHLY - January 17th, Friday at 12:00 p.m. (December 2024 exception hours will be paid at the end of January 2025)
  • BW - January 22nd, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.

FEBRUARY 2025

  • BW - February 5th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
  • MONTHLYÌý- February 13th, Thursday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (January 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of February 2025)
