The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS)Ìýhuman resources teamÌýis responsible for all faculty personnel actions includingÌýhiring, recruitment, performance management, policy consultation, sabbaticals, andÌýcompensation.
The CEASÌýOffice ofÌýFaculty Advancement partners with the college's human resources team and faculty rostered within the college. Specifically, the office is responsible for faculty recruitment;Ìýmanagement of the comprehensive review, promotion, and tenure processes; faculty data management; faculty professional development and recognition programs; and faculty ecosystem development.
