Consulting Career Coach
Jessica Baumgarten specializes in helping students pursue careers in consulting. She has experience in working in the nonprofit sector, sports marketing & sales, and Fortune 500 companies. Jessica is excited to assist the diverse population of undergrads as they shape their unique career direction.
Finance Career Coach
Susan Brodnicki helps finance students whose last names end with A-K. Prior to joining Leeds, she spent 12 years on Wall Street and has experience in Fixed Income Institutional Sales and Hedge Fund Trading as well as capital financing. Susan is passionate about helping students explore, identify and pursue careers in the financial industry.
Accounting, Business Analytics, Management Career Coach
Elizabeth Ferguson helps students navigate the transition from college into the wide variety of professional careers. She excels in helping you explore and consider different paths along your career journey. Her background includes experience in consumer products, travel technology, and health and wellness.
Director of Undergraduate Career Development
As the Director of the Career Development team, Amanda Hansen is here to help you strategize, share information on our resources, and chat with you about our top hiring companies. She can also help you optimize your LinkedIn profile and share tips on networking.
Finance Career Coach
Andrew North works with finance students whose last names end with L-Z. He holds a professional background in Investment Banking and Equity Research. Andrew has interviewed and hired junior bankers and has first-hand knowledge about what goes into the finance recruitment process.
Real Estate Career Coach
Erin Penberthy partners with students pursuing a career path in real estate. Erin assists students with many aspects of professional development including job and internship search, resume and cover letter writing, networking, etc... Erin's professional background includes career coaching and working in high-growth, technical startups. She also obtained her real estate license in the state of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ.
First and Second Year Career Coach
Denise Sparks is here to help our first and second year students as they are getting started in their career journey. She covers all of our areas of emphasis and provides guidance on helping students discover their own path. She is excited to discuss your personal strengths and interests to help you determine what careers might be the best fit for you. Denise has spent her career in industry exploration and recruiting.
Marketing Career Coach
Magan Taylor is excited to share her industry experience and partner with Leeds juniors and seniors as they navigate their marketing careers. She has previous experience in the adverting publisher space, media sales, client services, product management, business development and shopper marketing. She started on the Career Development team in September of 2024 and will be available for student appointments soon.
