Where is Denver’s Chinatown?
The Alumni Association and the Center for Inclusion and Social Change would like to invite you to theÌýForeverBuffs SpotlightÌýeventÌýWhere is Denver’s Chinatown?Ìýon Wednesday, Jan. 29 at theÌý.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ alumni, friends and students to participate in the return of the ForeverBuffs Spotlight event and learn about the history of Denver’s forgotten Chinatown. This event will include a keynote byÌýDr. William WeiÌýauthor ofÌýAsians in Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ, Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder Professor of History andÌýÅ·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ's state historian. Attendees will experience an exclusive visit of theÌýÌýexhibit and also enjoy a lion dance performance by the Guiding Mountain Dragon and Lion Dance Association to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
