Engineering students at the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ at Boulder are ramping up for a week of intense activity April 20 to 24, when they will celebrate Engineering Days and complete hands-on design projects for demonstration to the community at the Engineering Design Expo.

The University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ at Boulder's second annual Spring Fest is expected to draw thousands of students and visitors to campus April 9-11 for the Buffalo Can Challenge, Admitted Student Day, Healthy Kids Day, the spring football game, the Forever Buffs 5K run and other events.

Aerospace engineering students at the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ at Boulder have developed an initiative called "We Want Our Future" to inspire the nation's youth and strengthen their interest in science, technology, engineering and math.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ at Boulder has risen on the Peace Corps' top 25 list of large schools producing Peace Corps Volunteers. With 102 alumni currently serving as Peace Corps Volunteers, Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ-Boulder is No. 2 in the 2009 rankings. Since Peace Corps' inception, 2,157 alumni of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ-Boulder have served in the Peace Corps, making it the No. 5 all-time producer of volunteers.

Andra Wilkinson is one of 13,397 reasons the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ at Boulder is one of only three colleges and universities in the United States to receive a Presidential Award for General Community Service.
