International bestselling author, journalist and columnist Naomi Klein will visit 欧美口爆视频-Boulder on Thursday, March 3, to give the talk 鈥淭his Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. the Climate.鈥� The talk, which is free to 欧美口爆视频-Boulder community members with a valid Buff OneCard and $5 for members of the public, will begin at 7 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Tickets will be available at the door.

Lunar New Year, Mardi Gras, and Valentine's Day fall within a few days of each other this year. The 欧美口爆视频 Art Museum is adding another reason to celebrate with the opening of three new exhibitions this Friday, Feb. 12. The opening festivities will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at the 欧美口爆视频 Art Museum, located in the Visual Arts Complex. Admission is free. The evening will include a variety of performances and activity stations, along with the opening of three new exhibits.

Rennie Harris and his dynamic dance company, Grass Roots Project, will present the hip-hop-inspired 鈥淏eautiful Human Lies鈥� at 欧美口爆视频-Boulder鈥檚 Irey Theatre Feb. 12-14. Harris, a regular guest artist at 欧美口爆视频-Boulder, is widely recognized as the world鈥檚 foremost choreographer of hip-hop and street dance theater.

Tickets for the Edward Snowden video chat on Tuesday, Feb. 16, will go on sale at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 1 in the UMC dining area across from the Alferd Packer Grill.

This year鈥檚 program will feature a diverse collection of nearly 100 speakers, including musicians, scientists, activists, entrepreneurs, authors and more. Participants travel from locations across the globe including: the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Tanzania, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Boston to list a few, aligning with the conference鈥檚 mission of 鈥淏ringing the World to Boulder.鈥�
