The University Libraries invite you to celebrate National Poetry Month 2021 with us by sharing a line or two of poetry for this year's community poem. Entries will be accepted through April 30.

Anna McTigue and Spencer Hurt are among only 410 college students from across the U.S. in 2021 to be awarded Goldwater Scholarships, which reward juniors and seniors who are actively conducting research in math, science and engineering.

Victor Bright of Mechanical Engineering and Kent Hutchison of Psychology and Neuroscience have been selected to receive the 2020 Distinguished Research Lectureship—among the most esteemed honors bestowed by faculty upon a faculty member at Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder.

The campus began an increased effort to address community concerns in the University Hill neighborhood. These efforts will continue for the remainder of the semester to help limit noise, large and unsafe gatherings, trash and other code enforcement issues.

Biologist Barbara Demmig-Adams has won the 2021 Hazel Barnes Prize, the most distinguished award a faculty member can receive from the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder.

Several of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder's graduate offerings—including the categories of atomic/molecular/optical physics, aerospace/aeronautical/astronautical engineering, environmental law and others—continue to receive high rankings, many among the top 10 in the country.

Through a national search, the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder is seeking a dynamic, data-informed, results-oriented fundraising operations leader to serve in the position of vice chancellor for advancement. Nominations are also being accepted.

In this collaboration, the Community Engagement, Design and Research Center and the Denver Department of Health & Environment are jointly tackling how to best manage information and activities among dozens of small and large Denver food banks during times of increased demand.
