Nine Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder students and alumni have been named Fulbright finalists for the 2022–23 academic year by the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. One student declined the scholarship and another five students were named alternates.

BVSD updates calendar to match Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder spring break dates

The Boulder Valley School District has updated its 2022–23 academic calendar to align the district’s spring break dates with those of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder. For a number of years, Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder’s and BVSD's spring break dates have matched, which is helpful to many Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder employees and Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder parents and families with students enrolled in the school district.

Twenty-three new Boettcher Foundation Scholars have chosen to attend Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder next fall, the highest number of any Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ institution. The highly sought-after scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and fees for undergraduate study within the state of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ.

European Union climate delegation visits campus

Chancellor Philip DiStefano welcomed a delegation of energy, climate, environment and science counselors representing the European Union to Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder. The chancellor highlighted the university’s legacy of climate and environmental research and innovation, as well as commitment to sustainability. He also acknowledged there is more we can all do.
