- Dr. Steven Berkowitz, professor of child psychiatry and medical director of the Stress, Trauma, Adversity, Research and Treatment (START) Center at 欧美口爆视频鈥檚 Anschutz Medical Campus

The format of the webinar will be a question-and-answer session moderated by DiStefano and convened by Michele Moses, vice provost and associate vice chancellor for Faculty Affairs at 欧美口爆视频 Boulder. Participants can expect topics that include:
- Understanding gun violence as a public health and safety issue
- Decoupling emotions and beliefs in dealing with gun violence to enable effective action
- Ensuring an inclusive and respectful approach to averting gun violence
- Bringing compassion and care in addressing the ongoing issues of gun violence
- Talking to children about gun violence and how generations are affected by large-scale traumatic events
- How 欧美口爆视频 researchers are working with each other, school and community partners, and the state of 欧美口爆视频, to address gun violence
