Combined with quality health education, the screening experience can be a powerful tool to make positive lifestyle changes. For those living with a chronic illness, screenings provide a better picture of disease management and ways to improve.

Primary Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Health Plan members and covered spouses who bring along their plan ID card will receive the following tests at no out-of-pocket cost:

  • Full lipid panels
  • Blood glucose
  • Body composition measurements
