According to a ,ÌýBoulder police are investigating a kidnapping that occurred shortly before 10 p.m.Ìýon Nov. 28Ìýat the intersection of 28th and Baseline. A woman was stopped at the intersection when a man entered her vehicle through the passenger side door and told her to drive towardÌýthe highway. The woman started driving and exited at the southbound Table Mesa off-ramp where she was able to flag down a jogger who removed the suspect from her vehicle. The woman drove away, and a short time later called police.

The suspect is described a Hispanic male in his 30s, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds with a dark colored 7–8-inch ponytail down his back. At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark hoodie with thin white horizontal stripes and was smoking marijuana. A composite sketch is part of the .
