The university’s inaugural Research & Innovation Week kicked offOct. 15 with a poster session sponsored by the United Government of Graduate Students (UGGS).
“We would like to congratulate our participants for taking the time and effort to collaborate with us in this poster presentation,” said Juan García Oyervides, president of UGGS.
“We would also like to recognize the three teams who were selected as having outstanding posters and invite them to share their experience with other graduate students in their fields. We are very satisfied with the results of this poster session and are looking forward to continuing and expanding this event next year.”
The three teams recognized for outstanding posters each received $250: Jennifer L. Berry, Melissa S. Ugelow, Margaret A. Tolbert and Eleanor C. Browne (Department of Chemistry andCIRES); Audrey K. Puls, John M. Ladbury and William F. Young (ŷڱƵ Boulder, NIST, ŷڱƵ Denver); Pavel Bacovsky, Marija Sajekaiteand Sarah Wilson Sokhey (Department of Political Science).
