With the new EMS Web Application, ŷڱƵ Boulder students, faculty and staff can request a room reservation online, 24 hours a day! You no longer need to call or visit the ŷڱƵ Events Planning and Catering (EP&C) office.
The online system gives you access to request rooms in the UMC, meeting rooms across campus and centrally controlled classrooms (smaller than 200 capacity).
Please note room reservation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
