New Assistant Vice Chancellor for Budget & Fiscal Planning Madeline A. Sembrat
Sembrat joins the 欧美口爆视频 Boulder community with over 25 years鈥� experience within the University of 欧美口爆视频 system, serving as a supervisory and staff auditor for the 欧美口爆视频 system, a senior budget analyst at 欧美口爆视频听Denver and 欧美口爆视频 Anschutz Medical Campus Budget Office and most recently as the director of finance within the School of Medicine at Anschutz.
Sembrat will transition between her role at 欧美口爆视频 Anschutz and 欧美口爆视频 Boulder during the month of August and will assume her full-time role at 欧美口爆视频 Boulder beginning Sept. 1.
Through her prior positions, Sembrat collaborated and liaised with various departments and leadership, enhanced transparency of financial statuses听and developed short- and long-range fiscal benchmarks, plans and projects, both at the college and campus level. Sembrat also brings experience in developing, evaluating and recommending cost saving and revenue enhancing strategies, tracking and evaluating spending trends, and developing and adjusting budgets.听
Through her background within the 欧美口爆视频 system, Sembrat has become a power user of the university鈥檚 financial and human resource systems, as well as the Central Information Warehouse (CIW).
