Two Polar Explorers: Disaster and Success withÌýDoug Duncan.ÌýJoin polar explorer, Doug Duncan for a fascinating discussion of the notable Sir John Franklin and Fritdjof Nansen, two arctic explorers famously lost and recently rediscovered in the ice. Fiske Planetarium hosts this event from 7 to 8 p.m.Ìýand tickets are $7 for students.

Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9.ÌýThe Boulder Chamber Orchestra brings you a masterpiece to end their 13thÌýseason: Beethoven’s Ninth, the readily recognizable and much beloved world classic. Catch this incredible performance in Macky AuditoriumÌýat 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $20 and are well worth it to hear this musical magnum opus.

MLIMA withÌýDandu at Fiske.ÌýJoin the funkadelic MLIMA and Dandu for a super sweet live concert in Fiske PlanetariumÌýfrom 10 p.m. to 1a.m. MLIMA will takeÌýyou on a musical experience through your heart and mind. Combining funk, rock, jazzÌýand blues, MLIMA is not to be missed! Tickets are $15.
Go global.ÌýIf you’ve ever dreamt of working abroad as a globetrotting citizen of the world, raising a cosmopolitan family in a foreign setting, or just jetting out and living somewhere new in your world, then this forum is for you. From 2 to 5 p.m. in the Imig Chamber Music Hall, a slew of global ambassadors representing a myriad of nations and industries will be present to discuss fostering your global life. This event is free and ice cream will be offered.

Well your wishes have been grantedÌýwith Late Night Breakfast, the annual free food giveaway and fun game social hour that occurs in the UMC Alfred Packer Grill from 10 to 11 p.m. Come load up your plate with all of your favorite breakfast foods and take a break from studying for your finals.

Hit the books in Norlin.ÌýYour trusty university main library, otherwise known as Norlin, is here for you. All week it will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily for your quiet-place studying needs. Find a good study spot and guard it with your life because it’s guaranteed to be crowded, yet promises to also be silent as the grave. The Laughing Goat will also be open late for your emergency caffeinating needs.
