His innovations in engineering education have led to construction of the collegeÂ’s highly acclaimed Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory and this yearÂ’s groundbreaking for the Discovery Learning Center.
Corotis received his undergraduate and graduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was on the faculties of Northwestern and Johns Hopkins universities before coming to Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ-Boulder.
He also is an elected member of the Executive Board of the Engineering Deans Council, an organization of the American Society for Engineering Education representing the more than 300 engineering colleges throughout the United States.
