University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Staff Council, comprised of representatives from the staff councils on each of the four Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ campuses, formed a working group to address the needs expressed by Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ staff regarding paid parental leave.
