The Research & Innovation Office (RIO)ÌýFaculty Fellows Program is a campus-wide research and creative works leadership program that supports rising Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder faculty interested in furthering their leadership skills to achieve maximum impact within and beyond the campus.
FellowsÌýwork as individuals and as a cohort on three broad areas: Research Leadership, Collaboration, and Systems Thinking—along with team building and academic management, scholarly communication, ethics andÌývalues,Ìýand personal and professional coaching.

Mission & Vision
The RIO Faculty FellowsÌýprogram is designed to:
- ÌýÌýIdentifyÌýearly-to-mid careerÌýÅ·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ tenure-track professors that show strong potential in leadership;
- ÌýÌýSupportÌýthe capacity of faculty to lead large impact research, innovationÌýand creative work collaborations;
- ÌýÌýBuildÌýa cross-campus scholarly network that will extend across cohorts; and
- ÌýÌýInspireÌýthe Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ academic community.
