New DEPA reporting system for conflicts of interest disclosures

The is transitioning to a new InfoEd reporting system, which includes a revamp of the disclosure form (DEPA Form). The transition to the InfoEd reporting system and the new DEPA Form is underway and will be in effect for 2021.


Upcoming dates and deadlines
  • *December 15, 2020—The current DEPA reporting system will change to view only; new and/or edited submissions must be madebefore Dec. 15.
  • January 4, 2021—The new InfoEd reporting system becomes accessible.
  • January 15, 2021—The annual DEPA reporting period begins.

Before the disclosure period begins, university personnel will receive an email with instructions for accessing the InfoEd reporting system, as well as a PI User Guide for the new DEPA Form.

Note: Disclosers will have view access to their previous DEPA submissions to aid in their completion of the new form.
