Spring is around the corner and the RES team has been busy working with our campus partners on strategic projects and agreements, including executing the lease for a new quantum incubator facility in east Boulder. The facility includes office space for early-stage quantum companies and scientific equipment, and was created in partnership with Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ State University, the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ School of Mines, and Elevate Quantum. Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ is a leader in quantum research, and we are thrilled to have this facility so close to campus.ÌýÌý

I’m delighted to share some exciting news — Sandra Grover has been promoted to Senior Real Estate Manager! Sandra has been an integral part of the RES team since 2019, starting as a Real Estate Coordinator. In her new role, she will play a key part in managing the RES office, streamlining administrative and financial processes, and enhancing overall efficiency. With her deep expertise in contract management, I have no doubt that she will thrive in this new position. Please join us in congratulating Sandra on this well-deserved achievement!Ìý
