Starting today, your online student center has an updated, accessible design to ensure that everyone on campus can successfully complete crucial tasks, like:

The steps to complete each task remain essentially the same, but the update will help you navigate registration and related services more easily. The recent update only applies to the online version of the student center; the Myŷ��ڱ��ƵInfo app [link removed; no longer active] will be updated in June.

As a ŷ��ڱ��Ƶ Boulder student, you now have the ability to set a preferred name in your official university record. Once you do, you'll be addressed by that name in university emails, class rosters and most electronic ŷ��ڱ��Ƶ systems.

Students are encouraged to set any of the following as their preferred name:

nickname
middle name
professional name
anglicized name
name that more closely associates with their gender identity

Select or edit your preferred name in Myŷ��ڱ��ƵInfo. For step-by-step instructions and additional details, visit Change Your Primary or Preferred Name.

Although some campus systems are required to use primary/legal names, we'll continue to expand the use of preferred names across campus wherever technically and legally feasible.

We're pleased to be able to offer this service to our students, and we're working to release additional functionality in the future.
