Our own Jennifer Wolak is the recipient of this year's Sophonisba Breckinridge Award at the Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) over the weekend. The award is for the best paper on the topic of women and politics, and Professor Wolak won it for her paper "Patrisan Biases, Gender Biases, and Approval of Members of Congress.”
