Ann England teaches in the Criminal Defense Clinic at Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Law, where she's been a Clinical Law ProfessorÌýsince 2005. In 2015, after receiving a generous donation from Korey Wise, she started the Korey Wise Innocence ProjectÌýand became its faculty director. Prior to becoming a clinical law professor, she worked at the Federal Public Defender's Office and at the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ State Public Defender's Office. At the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ State Public Defender's Office, she worked in Arapahoe, Adams, Weld, Logan, and Denver Counties as a Deputy State Public Defender. She later became a division lead at the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ State Public Defender's Office in Denver. England received her J.D. from the University of Denver, 1995, Sturm College of Law; B.A. from the University of Michigan, 1990.
