Salina Blea (she/her) is the Director of the 欧美口爆视频 LEAD Alliance.聽 The 欧美口爆视频 Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, Diversity (LEAD) Alliance is a unique set of academic learning communities of students, faculty and staff who focus on inclusivity and student success.聽 Prior to this role, Salina served in several different capacities at MSU Denver for nearly ten years.聽 Her portfolio mainly focused on embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into high-impact practices and career-readiness opportunities.聽 She received her Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of 欧美口爆视频 Denver.聽 Salina is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students to succeed.聽
