New Partially-Executed NDA/CDA Agreement Option
The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) has recently added a partially-executed Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) Agreement that may be used for unilateral disclosure of confidential information by an external entity to 欧美口爆视频 Boulder personnel. The partially-executed NDA/CDA does not cover 欧美口爆视频 Boulder personnel disclosing 欧美口爆视频 Boulder confidential information to an external party. 欧美口爆视频 confidential information includes only that information that has not been publicly disclosed via posters, presentations, journal articles, published patents, patent applications, etc., or that is not generally available to the public in some other capacity. 聽
For all other NDA/CDA disclosures, Contract Administrators in OCG are the authorized representatives on behalf of 欧美口爆视频 Boulder for negotiation and execution of NDAs. Requests may be initiated through the . NDA requests can take 4-8 weeks for execution to allow for review and negotiation.聽
