Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ

Ensembles Program Coordinator Rachelle Crowell celebrates a zealous career as an arts advocate, music educator and performer. She joined the College of Music in 2022, and provides administrative support and fulfills financial functions on behalf of the college’s large ensembles and various honor festivals. 

As a flutist, Crowell has received international acclaim for two consecutive years as a quarterfinalist in the National Flute Association’s Young Artist Competition. She has won first prize in the Grand Junction Symphony Young Artist Competition, the T. Gordon Parks Concerto Competition and the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Flute Association’s Collegiate Competition. She is a member of the Boulder Chamber Orchestra and has also performed with the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Symphony Orchestra, Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, Boulder Philharmonic and the Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Bach Ensemble. 

Crowell is a proud alumna of the University of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ Boulder, having earned a BM in flute performance, as well as BME and DMA degrees from the College of Music.
