ME alumnus Prateek Shrestha has developed an aerial-monitoring sensor that will help educate people on mapping air pollutants in Nepal.
The idea for the Exo-Seat came to Morgan Kauss when she was working as a caregiver for a local woman, Cindy, who has Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
Sarah Brondum (MechEngr'19) and Spencer Wegner (CompSci'20) co-founded Bevara to help outdoor enthusiasts connect with Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ’s outdoor nonprofits. Through Bevara’s web platform, users are able to find donation, volunteer, and advocacy opportunities that contribute to land stewardship efforts across the state.
Growing up, John Mollenkopf (MechEngr'83) spent most of his free time tinkering. That natural curiosity for understanding how things work — and how to build something from nothing — helped propel Mollenkopf to success throughout his career as an engineer and executive in oil and gas.
