The mechanical engineering wing got an upgrade in June 2022! A new entryway from the Engineering Center lobby now welcomes students, staff, faculty, alumni and visitors. The remodel includes a new front desk area, community center and dedicated career space. The renovations give mechanical engineering community members another place to gather and collaborate and provide students improved access to resources to achieve their academic and career goals. The career office will be where students can connect with the department's Senior Professional Development Advisor Katherine McConnell.

Front Desk

Front Desk Student Assistants will manage the new front desk area, which leads to the Department of Mechanical Engineering Chair's office.
