Apartment Applications
Graduate and Family Housing will be accepting applications for incoming spring 2025 residents starting on Nov 4. Move-ins will be available for applicants that desire a January move-in date (with possible offers being extended later as vacancies allow). Graduate and Family Housing offers affordable, convenient and comfortable living environments to serve the needs of the diverse population at 欧美口爆视频 Boulder. These apartments are available to the following populations: graduate and postdoctoral students and qualifying undergraduates.
Before Applying
Access to the housing application is granted to incoming first year graduate students after the following:
- $200 confirmation deposit has been paid to Admissions.
- Their Identikey security credentials have been confirmed.
- Please note it takes 3-5 business days after completing both before the housing application can be accessed. This should be taken into consideration for any upcoming deadlines.
Application Details
- We will accept applications beginning Nov. 4 for the 2025 spring semester only. The 2025-26 academic year application will open in spring of 2025.
- All applications completed during this time will be automatically enrolled into our waiting list, which is processed according to time and date of completion. Assignment is based on eligibility and availability of preferences listed in the application.
- The application may take 30-45 minutes to complete. We encourage applicants to research before submitting floorplan preferences.
- For lease holding apartments, Graduate and Family Housing will not assign roommates. If you would like to have additional occupants in the apartment with you, we ask that you indicate this in your application.
- Preferences are not guaranteed, and applicants will be offered the closest available alternative if the selected preferences are not available.
- 欧美口爆视频 Boulder Disability Services reviews requests for housing and food accommodations for students with documented disability-related needs, on a case-by-case individualized basis. If you feel you require a housing or food accommodation, please submit your request to Disability Services as soon as possible and preferably as soon as you have submitted your application to University Housing. Please do not rely on your preferences in the University Housing application to ensure your needs are met. Application Process
Postdocs will need to contact the University Housing Office to learn how to log in to the online housing application. All others may use their campus-issued identikey. Please note: It may take up to three weeks for new students to access the housing application after they have received their
- Complete the and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee
- Submit any required documentation
- University Housing will try to match your preferences with an available apartment
- If a match is found you will be emailed an offer letter with your move-in date
- If you accept the offer, you will pay the $1,000 security deposit
- IIf a match is found and you decline the offer, you application will be cancelled.
