Before joining Liberty Latin America, I served six years as the chief ethics and compliance officer at CH2M, where I was responsible for CH2M’s global ethics program which includes policy development, training, due diligence, and auditing of several ethics and compliance programs including anticorruption, export controls, antitrust, and worker welfare.  Prior to that, I served in a variety of executive roles, including as the head of legal affairs at TeleTech, a NASDAQ listed company with over 40,000 employees and operations in more than 20 countries. Before that, I served as the company’s vice president for compliance, executive director for governmental affairs and senior counsel for litigation. In my 9 years at TeleTech, I helped develop several ethics and compliance initiatives that guided and empowered TeleTech’s employees to make sound, ethical decisions. Before joining TeleTech, I was in-house counsel for Nextel Communications and an associate attorney at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, LLP and Otten, Johnson, Neff & Ragonetti, P.C.
