Research
As a first-year Ph.D. student, I am eager to expand my understanding of advanced X-ray characterization methods and their application to improving solar cell device fabrication. My research interests are primarily focused on the characterization and subsequent optimization of additive design methods for novel photovoltaic device stacks. My intent is to utilize these surface analysis methods to help understand underlying phenomena such as ion transport, photo-electrochemical activity, and further chemical instabilities of metal-halide perovskite interfaces that are culprits of lifetime degradation in perovskite solar cells (PSCs).
