Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ

Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ GOLD (Gaining Opportunities through Leadership Development) provides free leadership development opportunities to all Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ students as a student lead entity under the Center for Student Involvement. We provide two tiers of advanced leadership training that include semester-long weekly seminars: our introductory Core Leadership Program and our advanced Applied Leadership Practice. We also sponsor multiple leadership events and conferences throughout the school year.

Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ GOLD is an inclusive community where all students can find their place on campus while providing students with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills. Students have the opportunity to improve their leadership skills through learning about the practices of effective communication, exploration of personal values and identity, and the power of group dynamics. Through Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ GOLD, students will grow as individuals, join a group of like-minded people and make a difference in our community!
