Colorful Women is a听process/support group for self-identified BIPOC women听to connect, dialogue, celebrate and support each other鈥檚 whole authentic selves through an intersectional lens.听Common themes鈥痙iscussed include, but are not limited to;听stress听management and mental health concerns,听race,听ethnicity, gender, empowerment,听resiliency,听interpersonal relationships,听and听professional听adjustment and achievement. This space is often viewed as a 鈥渞eservoir,鈥� a safe, supportive, environment designed to unify听BIPOC women听to overcome听challenges.听
Learning Outcomes
After attending this workshop, attendees will learn to:听听
- Discuss common experiences that impact mental wellness听
- Build connections听with other 欧美口爆视频 women of color听听
- Receive resources to better manage stress and maintain work performance听
Who should attend
This workshop is intended for听self-identified听staff/faculty women听of color听who can commit to听attending for听6 weeks.听
