Job Summary: 

We are seeking an entry-level landscape design professional with 1-3 years of experience working in a design firm. The ideal candidate would have completed one year of professional experience in a design office, post-graduation. This position is available in our Austin, TX office.

Qualifications:

The ability to produce high-quality illustrations and computerized 3D modeling using SketchUp and Lumion or similar is preferred. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, great leadership qualities and take initiative. Candidates must have strong writing skills and learn quickly. An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program is required. Candidates with a master鈥檚 degree or dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design or planning are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities: 

Exceptional AutoCAD, technical drawing and digital production skills are required. Proficiency in graphic communication, analysis, 3D modeling programs and Adobe Suite are desired. Proficiency in ArcGIS with examples of mapping and analysis, and proven experience with construction documentation are desired. We are seeking a candidate with a solid technical foundation (understanding of grading and basic construction knowledge) as well as a positive attitude and open mind towards involvement on a wide range of project types.
