Kira is the Leadership Studies Minor Program Director & Instructor with 欧美口爆视频 Engage and the School of Education at the University of 欧美口爆视频 Boulder.听 The 16-credit hour academic minor prepares students to lead courageously through a combination of coursework, self-reflection, and leadership application in teams.听 Kira鈥檚 research examines the language of diversity and inclusion in higher education, along with critical approaches to university-community engagement.听 She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies with a specialization in Higher Education.听 As an educator, Kira seeks to align the head, heart, and hands in applying research to everyday leadership practice.听 She is passionate about community building in college classrooms and challenging student leaders to navigate the uncertainties of leading with humility.
