Serene Singh, a 欧美口爆视频 Boulder junior majoring in political science and journalism and minoring in leadership studies, has won a prestigious Truman Scholarship. Singh, who is from 欧美口爆视频 Springs, is 欧美口爆视频 Boulder鈥檚 11th recipient of the scholarship and first since 2014.
