Project: "Two Pandemics" Feature Documentary
"Two Pandemics" documentary, created by Robert Landau
Project Description
"" is a feature documentary about the rise in Asian-directed racism throughout the COVID-19 era. This film is essentially a response to the severe lack of media-coverage of the rise of Asian-directed hate crimes resulting from COVID-19 disinformation and misguided blame. Through the insight of seven unique interviews including those with two University students, a Government employee, a videographer/author, a community-organizer, two professors, and a documentary filmmaker, the filmmaker hopes to revive public awareness of this issue, to provoke further discussion, and to reignite media coverage to remind the world of its continuing impact.
