Deadline to apply for ATLAS Expo is April 7
Research projects from lab assistants, studio projects from ATLAS graduate programs, independent projects from undergraduates working with one of ATLAS’ faculty members, orÌýoutstanding projects from any of ATLAS’ core or elective classes are all fair game.ÌýPast entries have included an Android app dedicated to tackling objectivity in journalism;Ìýa wooden musical harp that uses lasers instead of strings; and aÌýfun improv game packaged in a mobile app that privately delivers character descriptions to different participants.
ExpoÌýis a greatÌýan opportunityÌýto practice presenting your work in a public event and make industry connections.ÌýIt'sÌýan experience you can add to your resume and a chance to be featured in ExpoÌýpress coverage!
Those wishingÌýto participate must submitÌýan ÌýbyÌýApril 7, andÌýstudentsÌýare encouraged to apply even if their projects will not be completed by then.ÌýStudentsÌýcurious about submitting their workÌýcan either discuss it with their instructor or contact Annie Bruns, the faculty curator.ÌýFor a sense of what other students might be submitting, check out some of ourÌýprevious Expos.Ìý
